Ba\u011f\u0131ml\u0131l\u0131kla m\u00fccadele e\u011fitimi, t\u00fcm derslerde yeterlilik, beceri ve de\u011fer olarak yer ald\u0131.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Ba\u011f\u0131ml\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131 \u00f6nleme ilkokullarda ders kitaplar\u0131nda<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u00d6te yandan, ilkokullarda 1., 2. ve 3. s\u0131n\u0131f hayat bilgisi dersi m\u00fcfredat\u0131nda, uyu\u015fturucu ve madde ba\u011f\u0131ml\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 \u00f6nleme noktas\u0131nda, \u00f6\u011frencilere hem nezaket kurallar\u0131n\u0131 \u00f6\u011freten hem de oyun arac\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131yla e\u011flenme, oyunlarda kurallara uyma, arkada\u015fl\u0131k kurma, kendini ve ba\u015fkalar\u0131n\u0131 tan\u0131ma gibi konu ba\u015fl\u0131klar\u0131 yer buldu.<\/p>\n<p>Ayn\u0131 derste ayr\u0131ca okulla ilgili olumlu duygu ve d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcncelerin geli\u015ftirilmesi, ders \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma, dinlenme, uyuma, beslenme, ailesi ve arkada\u015flar\u0131yla birlikte nitelikli zaman ge\u00e7irme ile kitle ileti\u015fim ara\u00e7lar\u0131n\u0131 kullanma gibi i\u015flere ayr\u0131lan s\u00fcreler \u00fczerinde de duruldu. Grupla \u00e7al\u0131\u015fman\u0131n temel kurallar\u0131 ve i\u015f birli\u011finin gereklili\u011fi de bu dersteki kazan\u0131mlar aras\u0131nda s\u0131raland\u0131.<\/p>\n<p>Bu derslerde arkada\u015flar\u0131n\u0131n sergiledi\u011fi olumlu veya olumsuz davran\u0131\u015flardan \u00f6\u011frencinin nas\u0131l etkilendi\u011fi \u00fczerinde durularak, arkada\u015f se\u00e7iminde nelere dikkat edilmesi gerekti\u011fine vurgu yap\u0131ld\u0131. Arkada\u015f se\u00e7iminde do\u011fruluk, d\u00fcr\u00fcstl\u00fck, merhamet, sayg\u0131, sevgi, vefa, yard\u0131mseverlik ve ba\u015fkalar\u0131n\u0131n haklar\u0131n\u0131 g\u00f6zetme gibi de\u011ferlerin \u00f6n plana al\u0131nmas\u0131 gerekti\u011fine i\u015faret edildi.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Ba\u011f\u0131ml\u0131l\u0131kta \u00e7evre sorumlulu\u011fu<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u0130lkokul 3. s\u0131n\u0131ftan ortaokul 8. s\u0131n\u0131fa kadar verilen fen bilimleri dersi m\u00fcfredat\u0131nda ise alkol ve sigara kullan\u0131m\u0131n\u0131n insan sa\u011fl\u0131\u011f\u0131na olumsuz etkileri i\u015flendi. \u00d6\u011frencilerin, yak\u0131n \u00e7evresinde sigara kullan\u0131m\u0131n\u0131 azaltmaya y\u00f6nelik sorumluluk \u00fcstlenmeleri gerekti\u011fine vurgu yap\u0131lan m\u00fcfredatta, \u00f6\u011frenciden yak\u0131n \u00e7evresindeki ki\u015filere sigaran\u0131n sa\u011fl\u0131\u011fa zararl\u0131 oldu\u011fu konusunda uyar\u0131larda bulunmas\u0131n\u0131n beklendi\u011fi ifade edildi.<\/p>\n<p>T\u00fcrkiye&#8217;de en s\u0131k rastlanan hastal\u0131klara de\u011finilen m\u00fcfredatta, bilin\u00e7siz ila\u00e7 kullan\u0131m\u0131n\u0131n zararlar\u0131 vurgulan\u0131rken, alkol ve sigara gibi zararl\u0131 al\u0131\u015fkanl\u0131klar\u0131n insan sa\u011fl\u0131\u011f\u0131na etkilerine de\u011finildi. Alkol ve sigara ile m\u00fccadelede Ye\u015filay&#8217;a da vurgu yap\u0131ld\u0131 ve ilk yard\u0131m ile ilgili temel bilgiler verildi.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Beden e\u011fitimi derslerinde besin desteklerine vurgu<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u00d6te yandan ortaokul 5., 6., 7. ve 8. s\u0131n\u0131flar\u0131n m\u00fcfredat\u0131nda ise beden e\u011fitimi ve spor derslerinde \u00f6\u011frencilerin madde ba\u011f\u0131ml\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131ndan korunmas\u0131 kazan\u0131mlar aras\u0131na yerle\u015ftirildi.<\/p>\n<p>\u00d6\u011frencilerin bu derslerde fiziksel etkinlikler ile yiyecek ve i\u00e7ecek se\u00e7iminde bilin\u00e7li t\u00fcketici davran\u0131\u015flar\u0131 sergilemeyi \u00f6\u011frenmesi, ayn\u0131 zamanda hangi besin desteklerinin yararl\u0131 (vitamin B grubu, vitamin C ve vitamin D, mineraller-kalsiyum, magnezyum, sporcu i\u00e7ece\u011fi gibi) hangilerinin zararl\u0131 (a\u015f\u0131r\u0131 protein destekleri, enerji i\u00e7ecekleri gibi) oldu\u011funa ili\u015fkin bilgiler edinmeleri ama\u00e7land\u0131.<\/p>\n<p>Lise d\u00fczeyinde ise \u00f6\u011frencilerin fiziksel geli\u015fimi hakk\u0131nda bilgi edinmeleri gerekti\u011fine vurgu yap\u0131lan beden e\u011fitimi ve spor dersi m\u00fcfredat\u0131nda, fiziksel geli\u015fim konusunda mahremiyete sayg\u0131 duyulmas\u0131n\u0131n gereklili\u011fi ile beden ve ruh sa\u011fl\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 olumsuz etkileyen al\u0131\u015fkanl\u0131k ve ba\u011f\u0131ml\u0131l\u0131klar\u0131n zararlar\u0131n\u0131n \u00f6\u011frenilmesi ama\u00e7land\u0131. M\u00fcfredatta, madde ba\u011f\u0131ml\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131 ve zararl\u0131 al\u0131\u015fkanl\u0131klar\u0131n sporcular \u00fczerindeki olumsuz etkileri de a\u00e7\u0131kland\u0131.<\/p>\n<p><strong>&#8220;Hay\u0131r&#8221; demenin \u00f6nemi de m\u00fcfredatta<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Liselerin, sa\u011fl\u0131k bilgisi ve trafik k\u00fclt\u00fcr\u00fc dersinin \u00f6\u011fretim program\u0131nda ise t\u00fct\u00fcn \u00fcr\u00fcnleri, alkol ve madde kullan\u0131m\u0131n\u0131n sonu\u00e7lar\u0131n\u0131n de\u011ferlendirilmesi yer ald\u0131. Bu dersi alan \u00f6\u011frencilerin, t\u00fct\u00fcn \u00fcr\u00fcnlerinin ve alkol\u00fcn insan sa\u011fl\u0131\u011f\u0131 \u00fczerindeki etkileri \u00fczerinde durarak, madde kullan\u0131m\u0131n\u0131n insan sa\u011fl\u0131\u011f\u0131na ve davran\u0131\u015flar\u0131na olan zararlar\u0131n\u0131 a\u00e7\u0131klamalar\u0131 gerekti\u011fi kaydedildi.<\/p>\n<p>Madde ba\u011f\u0131ml\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131ndan korunmak i\u00e7in kararl\u0131 ve tutarl\u0131 ileti\u015fim becerilerinin kazan\u0131lmas\u0131 gerekti\u011fine i\u015faret edilen m\u00fcfredatta, ki\u015finin g\u00fc\u00e7l\u00fc ve g\u00fc\u00e7lendirilmesi gereken yanlar\u0131n\u0131n fark\u0131nda olmas\u0131n\u0131n sa\u011flanmas\u0131 yer ald\u0131. Stresle ba\u015f etme yollar\u0131n\u0131 bilmenin \u00f6nemine vurgu yap\u0131lan m\u00fcfredatta, &#8220;yak\u0131n ve uzak \u00e7evreden gelen bask\u0131lara kar\u015f\u0131 iradesini kullanarak &#8216;hay\u0131r&#8217; demenin \u00f6nemi&#8221; \u00fczerinde duruldu.
